ADOfil Plastic Stainless Steel Dispensing Tips are made of a double-helix Luer lock polypropylene hub and a stainless steel straight cannula that has been epoxy glued to it. Burr-free polishing allows for fluid dispensing that is smooth. To avoid burrs and thoroughly clean the inside of the needle without contaminating fluid materials like glue, high-precision stainless steel tubing is used for precise internal and external polishing and ultrasonic cleaning. To prevent the connecting portion of the needle tube from slipping off, innovative penetration technology and high-strength UV adhesive are employed to enter the needle tube. The base of the needle is made of premium special materials that can effectively block ultraviolet radiation to prevent the problem of glue waste in the needle during the expensive UV glue dispensing process.
