- Fixed AB Dynamically mixed ratio Dispensing system (GFRD – P530)
- It is a semi-automatic two component adhesive pumping & motorized mixing system.
- System is Equipped with two reservoir tanks and stirrer to avoid material sedementation for A & B compounds, A & B compounds are fed into GFRD pumps by gravity and vacuum created by piston system, The material is pumped from GFRD to Dynamic mixer valve for controlled mixing and dispensing.
- GFRD pumps are manufactured with precision, considering required ratio, viscosity and material density. GFRD is suitable for dispensing AB adhesives like Epoxy,PU,Silicon & other AB chemical ratio mixing applications.
- Control panel has HMI and PLC for machine operation, level indication and controlled dispensing and maintaining line production.
