Two Compund Dispensing System (GFRD – 1035) is a semi-automatic two component adhesive pumping & motorized mixing system.
System is Equipped with two reservoir tanks and stirrer to avoid material sedementation for A & B compounds, A & B compounds are fed into GFRD pumps by gravity and vacuum created by piston system, The material is pumped from GFRD to Dynamic mixer valve for controlled mixing and dispensing.
GFRD pumps are manufactured with precision, considering required ratio, viscosity and material density. GFRD is suitable for dispensing AB adhesives like Epoxy,PU,Silicon & other AB chemical ratio mixing applications.
Control panel has HMI and PLC for machine operation, level indication and controlled dispensing and maintaining line production.
